Andre Wagner has over 20 years’ experience in organisational development. From 1985-2004, Andre worked for the Western Cape Provincial Government, including as the Director of Disaster Management for the City of Cape Town. During this time, he convened the Hospice Palliative Care Association (HPCA) of South Africa’s Organisational Development Subcommittee. Andre is the Chief of Party at HPCA.
Andre is currently enrolled for a Masters in Development Studies at the University of the Western Cape. He holds a BA (Hon) Public and Human Resource Management from the University of the Western Cape; BA (Hon) Human Resource Development from the University of South Africa; National Diploma in Project Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology; National Diploma in Local Government Management from the University of South Africa; Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Hiring Principles and Practices from the University of South Africa; Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Communication from the University of South Africa.
Keith Mienies is an experienced project manager, having launched his career as a Project Officer for a regional NGO. In this role, Keith worked in fourteen African countries on Palliative Care advocacy, maintaining government relations and organisational development. After this, Keith moved into a Senior Project Management role for a large publishing and logistics corporation, where he worked with a budget of over R8 million in three business units over a period of two years. Over the past five years, Keith has expanded his skills, exposure and knowledge in both the private and public sectors.
Keith holds an Honours degree in Public Management and Administration from the University of South Africa and recently graduated from Yale University with a Certificate in Advanced Health Management. He is currently enrolled for a postgraduate Project Management Diploma at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
